The added security of a multi factor authentication system makes it harder for hackers to get in. You could use either an app on your phone or key fob, plus something you know – passwords don’t always work! How to set up two factor authentication

The two “keys” are different in that the user knows one, and the other is given to them for a short period of time.
Your employees should know their own personal passwords, which is the first step in a 2FA. But the second key they need to sign in with is sent to their phone or email and only for a short period of time. This means that even if a hacker manages to steal your password, they won’t be able to access your account unless they also have your mobile phone.
